How long until my order is shipped out?

Currently all of our products are shipped out within 14 business days of purchase. This is because we are a small company and sometimes we receive a large flood of orders all at once. It takes time for us to make and prepare each other, so this allows us to get caught up during those busy times.

Once your order is shipped, we will email you with a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel. We ship through Canada Post. Shipping times will depend on your region or country. 

Do you Ship Internationally? (We are a Canadian Company)

There have been suspensions in shipping to many countries due to the pandemic, so we have had to limit the countries we currently ship to. Right now we ship to:

Canada, United States, Mexico, Australia, Brazil, Japan, New Zealand 

On checkout you will be able to choose your country from the list, however please read below and our Shipping Policy before purchase. Please keep in mind there are increased shipping delays due to COVID 19.

International shipping costs on checkout do not include duties and taxes at destination. All international orders are placed at the customers own risk, if we ship to the provided address and the order goes missing or is confiscated by customs, we cannot replace or refund the order.

We will not give refunds for items seized by customs for any reason. If we ship to your address as given and the order goes missing, is marked as delivered but you do not receive it or is confiscated, we will not be able to replace or refund the order.

It is the customers responsibility to understand any shipping and customs regulations that they are subject to in their country. It is also the responsibility of the customer to make sure that items being shipped are legal in their area. We cannot be held responsible for anything that is confiscated by customs.

Can I get a refund or cancel my order?

All of our sales are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded do to their personal nature.

Is your packaging discrete for shipping?

Our packaging is discrete, the package will only say Pitstop, and no one will know that it is a penis prosthetic. We are required to indicate the contents inside, so it will say, "silicone molding". For lubricant it will say, "body lotion" and for underwear it will say, "cotton undergarment".

For international shipping your phone number will show up on the outside of your package as that information is required by our postal service in order to ship any packages outside of Canada. We cannot be held responsible for anything that is confiscated by customs.

I still haven't received my order?

For all orders leaving Canada, we cannot consider the package lost or missing until it has been 60 days since the shipment was sent. We cannot be held responsible for anything that is confiscated by customs. If you are still unsure as to why you haven't received your order, please contact us.

How should I care for my product?

We recommend washing your prosthetic daily, preferably after each use to keep things sanitary. To do this we recommending using an antibacterial soap and water. The Shotpocket can be flipped inside out and washed with antibacterial soap and water and/or toy cleaner. Always wash the Shotpocket after each use.

What are your products made of?

Our products are made of high quality platinum cure silicone. We also use prosthetic grade pigments and platinum silicone paints. Our silicone products are made to be used with water based lubes only. If any skin irritation occurs with the Shotpocket, or with any of our products, discontinue use. We are not responsible for the functionality of our products while being used in an manner. 

How long can I wear my STP for?

We don't recommend wearing the Jimmy for extended periods of time, as your skin needs time to breath. Wash the Jimmy STP after each use if possible with antibacterial soap and water. Let it air dry.

How long will the paint last?

This is a difficult question to answer because of all the variables involved - how often you use it, what type of underwear you use, how active you are, what type of material your underwear is made of, etc. Eventually you will start to wear through the silicone from it rubbing against your underwear or itself, this is the nature of a silicone prosthetic. You would run into this eventually with any silicone product/prosthetic you may purchase - you are actually wearing through the silicone, as the paint is silicone itself, bonded with the surface. You may find using something like a packing pouch, or underwear designed for packing will help with this.
